Step three: Notice the metal garbage bin located at the back, right-hand corner of the market place from when you walk into the market from the front door.
Step two: Go through the front door, the one that goes straight to the market straight from the bridge to access Rivet City. Step one: You must go to Rivet City if you are not already there, it is ok to take a long trip, the payout will be worth your while or trip across the wasteland.
So how do you get that without getting caught and getting riddled with bullet holes? Well I am here to tell you. But we all know about the market if we have been there and the wonderful array of stuff people have on the shelves in their stores.
For all of us that have played Fallout 3 have visited Rivet City, the non functional Aircraft Carrier where only half of the place is overrun by super-mutants.
